Chilly winter nights


I'm staring outside my window at the greyness of the streets outside and this made me think, there is plenty of things to be grateful for on a night like this. I have to say, the best thing about rainy and chilly winter nights is two things for me; 
1. being cosy
Yes, snuggly socks and fleecy pyjamas are the best way to embrace whatever winter throws at you.  For this season, forget being fashionable and top of the range - rather be at one with your lazy side and allow yourself the guilty pleasure of lounging around all day in either your new Christmas onsie or pyjamas whilst watching the TV or just merely browsing your favourite social media websites. This season is definitely one for treating yourself a little before the fitness months kick in. 

        2. Hot drinks
Starbucks and Costa have us all fighting for seats and tables during these icy chills for they do offer up a rather splendid array of yummy hot beverages!
Not all good hot drinks have to come from your local cafe or coffee shop though. Beverages made by yours truly can be just as satisfying and if the choice is of the tea family, it can also be much more healthier, too.

So, on that note, brew up your hot beverage of choice, throw on your comfiest pj's and spoil yourself a little. Don't get too fitness crazy just yet...we still have a few more days before that ;)
